Who we are

mywooly.ae is operated by Conceptive Brains Pvt Ltd, B-5, 201-206 Prithvi Complex, Kalher, Thane, Maharashtra, India (“Wooly”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from mywooly.ae, how we use it, and your rights over it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and anything you write to us when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to emails or contact support.
  • Order information: the products you buy, prices, and order and delivery status.
  • Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you use the site.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and deliver your order and send you order and tracking updates.
  • To answer your questions and handle replacement claims.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To improve the site and our products.
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run the store:

  • Shopify, which hosts our online store.
  • Our payment provider (Razorpay), to process your card payment.
  • Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order from India to your address in the UAE.
  • Authorities, where we are required to by law, including customs authorities for international shipments.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Your order ships from India, so your name, phone number and delivery address are processed in India and by our service providers in other countries. We use these providers only for the purposes above.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are needed for it to work (for example, your cart and checkout) and cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop the cart or checkout from working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfil your order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We keep other information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • stop using your information for marketing.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
